Our First Sun Devil win on the road in California in something like 16 or 19 games (we stopped counting) happened this season at Stanford--home of the dancing tree. If your mascot is a dancing tree with hairy legs--you deserve to lose every game. The kids at the Game (dressed in Stanford Cardinal) couldn't get enough of Sparky, they had push up contests with him, got his autograph, and followed them everywhere. It was our first hint at "football weather" which is why Ami has the scarf wrapped around his head. Overall a good win, but low energy game. We are traveling one more time to see our devils on the road--to UCLA at the Rose Bowl.
