Old Friend--New Blog

So if facebook is good for anything at all--it has reunited me with some friends that I lost touch with somewhere along the way. One of those is my old friend Jess and she has recently started a new blog. http://www.thewifeofanartist.blogspot.com/
I love it and she has proven to be much more creative than I am. We were great friends in high school and now she is city girl in San Fran while I'm a mom in the suburbs--but it is amazing the similarities that we still managed to have even after all this time--we both ended up running marathons even though we never ran in high school, we both obviously like blogging and both want to be aspiring chefs (just wait--Kron's Kitchen will be a huge internet sensation one day)--I don't even hold it against her that she went to school at the U of A. (well maybe a little bit-but not enough to write something rude about it).

So I've been reading her blog and truely love the style of it and so I'm trying to think about what to do about mine...now that Chloe is here. These are my choices.

1. One family blog
2. Keep it the way it is with the Kelly and Ami blog and the Chloe blog
3. Have a family blog and some other creative sort of blog to write about my inner most feelings and random stuff.
I'm leaning toward having a family blog and then some sort of Kelly one- but I really like what I've done with Chloe's blog and hate for it to be lost--so I might start experimenting with different topics and perhaps I will become a famous blogger in the next 6 weeks so I don't have to go back to my real job.
Enjoy these pics of Jessica and I back in the day.

Prom 1995--I still have this dress and one day I will fit in it again.
Jess and I--she was my original Ski Bunny friend--here we are in Durango on an alpine ski trip circa 1993 or 1994. Believe it or not Ami and I were probably on this mountain at the same time and never knew it--perhaps we even bumped into each other or saw each other while in line for a bowl of chili and hot coco.

A random picture I found--I think perhaps a birthday party.

Who didn't love high school buddy pictures--I love our coordinating outfits--down to the scrunchie on our wrists.
